WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?

Boot Camp is designed to get you fit and motivated to stay fit.
It’s outdoor training designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness. It’s 4 weeks of intense training that will help you LOSE WEIGHT FAST, TONE UP and GET FIT FAST.

Our qualified personal trainers will take you through a fast paced workout that incorporates interval and circuit training, boxing exercise, special tyre workout , resistance work and team activities that are both mentally and physically challenging – as well as heaps of fun!
Be prepared to work hard, have fun and get results. No matter what your age or fitness level the program will cater for you.

WHAT IF  I  AM  REALLY UNFIT  AND JUST DON’T  FEEL READY  TO DO IT ?

Boot Camp is available to anyone no matter what your fitness levels. Everyone from 12 to 75+  who completes the Superfit pre-health questionnaire is eligible to do Boot Camp.

No matter what your age or fitness level the program will cater for you.  You just need to be prepared to work hard enough to improve your current fitness levels.

And if you still think you are SO unfit and use it as an excuse to not do Boot Camp, you will miss an opportunity to drastically change your health and fitness for the best.

 It is what you do NOW that makes make a difference - not what you talk about doing in the future.

WHY BOOT CAMP?

Everyone at Boot Camp is there for the one reason and that’s to GET RESULTS FAST!
It challenges them in ways they never thought possible. You’ll be disappointed when it’s over.  And to top it off, it’s great VALUE FOR MONEY.

HOW LONG IS BOOT CAMP?

Boot camp will run for 4 weeks and commences at 6am sharp, three mornings a week. The sessions are one hour and are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Bowman Park soccer field, Bardon, BRISBANE.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE?

Once you have completed all the 12 Boot Camp workouts and followed the nutritional advice, you can expect to kilos while becoming fitter and more toned.
On average everyone who completes the Boot Camp program drops 2 to 4 kilos, with women dropping 1 to2 dress sizes and the men reducing their waist by five to eight centimetres. Everyone loses between 2-5% body fat and increases their fitness by 40%  this is measured by a specific test known as the “beep test”).

HOW MUCH DOES BOOT CAMP COST?

Boot Camp is one up front cost :

Fees must be paid at least two weeks in advance.

  • $249 per person  
  • $225 per person if you enter as a couple
  • $210 person  for 3 persons of the same family

Much cheaper than one-on-one personal training and great VALUE FOR MONEY!

HOW DO I PAY FOR BOOT CAMP?

Payment must be made in full 2 weeks before camp start date, either by cheque or Internet Banking.
