Tradelink
Two hundred staff work at Tradelink’s Head Office in Banyo (Brisbane), with the vast majority in administration; desk bound functions.
At my request, Nic Pillonel carefully structured a 12 week Challenge Program designed to improve the overall health and fitness of our staff.
A surprising large percentage of staff participated and completed the program which is testimony to the innovate approach and style adopted by Nic and his team.
This, and a subsequent program, has been tremendously successful. Not only has it improved the health and fitness levels of all participants but also positively impacted morale at our Head Office.
