Before being talked into attending boot camp by my neighbour, I was the most out of shape I had ever been, using children, work and time as excuses not to exercise. My body tone was so bad even strangers were asking if I was pregnant! Boot camp re-invigorated me. In 6 weeks of only doing boot camp with Nic my aerobic fitness and body tone were greater than what I had achieved from other training after substantially longer periods. I was most anxious about training with other people. The "boot campers' were a fantastic group of people covering all ages & types who became a supportive team through all manner of surprising and challenging tasks (who has ever heard of a backward bear walk up a hill?). I also thought I ate okay, until introduced to the Superfit diet. My energy levels and strength have increased incredibly. I am now aiming to complete my first marathon in under 4 hours and enjoy it!!!
