Les lost 10kg after attending Boot Camp!!
If you want to lose weight, tone up and get fit, then Boot Camp is the way to do it! I’d been trying to lose weight for years. I did tons of exercise including aerobics and weights, and couldn’t understand why I was actually putting on weight. I tried doing more and more classes, but it made no difference. Then one day, outside the gym, Nic handed me a Boot Camp brochure. At only $20 a session, I signed up immediately. I also started Nic’s “secret” Boot Camp diet.
The sessions were hard and the diet took commitment initially, but the rewards began appearing very quickly…..I was losing 1kg per week!! The secret was a combination of pushing myself to new limits with intense activities, and learning about what foods to eat, and when to eat. As Nic says: it’s 30% exercise and 70% diet. At the end of ten weeks I had lost exactly 10kg and didn’t put on anything over Christmas. Now I have an exercise and food regime for life….thanks Nic!!!
