I started training at the start of 2008, weighing in at 122kg. Training by myself wasn’t fun and I slowly lost enthusiasm and gave up. I heard the 12-week challenge was running again so I decided to join up and give it a go. I chose Nic as my PT, probably one of the best choices because day to day he was on my back about getting the best results and pushing me to get the results I wanted.
Training with Nic helped me stay on track and keep going. The nutritional information was key – I learnt so much. My goal for the 12-week challenge was to lose 10kg and with Nic I achieved that and more. I lost 15kg of body fat and put on 6kg of muscle and lost 28cm in total going from 28% body fat to 16%.
