I have been a regular runner for years, but decided to embark on personal training a few months ago, because I was completely unmotivated! Everything to do with exercise had become a real chore. I lacked tangible goals and was feeling no personal satisfaction when and if I did get out there. My flagging mental attitude and a few "holiday" kilos were holding me back. I became desperate to get in shape, feel happy and get some passion back into my workouts!
After a few months of working with Nic - following a personalised training schedule, having regular 1:1 sessions and watching my diet - my passion and motivation have returned with a vengence!
I have overcome some mental and physical challenges, lost weight and even decided to take a few risks! To my pleasant surprise I have realised that I am stronger, fitter and possibly even faster! I feel confident about achieving my goals - like finishing a marathon and giving triathlon a go!
Nic's training has been key in improving my core strength and mental attitude. Variety in the weekly training sessions, plenty of belief in my ability, encouragement and personalised advice have put me in very good shape! Nic's motivation has enabled me to see the possibilities and believe that I have the potential to achieve anything I set my mind to! I am really happy with the results - thanks Nic!
