Boot Camp was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. For a while I had been looking to kick-start myself into a healthier lifestyle but couldn't find the motivation, or the right way to do it. Nic was a great instructor and found a way to make hard work fun. The early mornings at the start were challenging, but by the end of the 4 weeks I found myself to actually be a morning person! I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier and that is in addition to some nice physical results! Without a doubt, I would say myf avourite aspect of boot camp was the challenges every Friday, especially running up the hills! It's nice to be able to push yourself and really feel great and healthy afterwards. I've recommended this boot camp to anyone who will listen and with no hesitation I will be back for the next one!
