WHAT IS THE 10 week FUN RUN PREPARATION?

The 10 week fun run training group is designed to get you fit  ready to enjoy the most famous FUN RUN in Queensland.

It’s outdoor training designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness and is specifically tailored to get you ready for the Bridge to Brisbane.

Our qualified personal trainers will take you through a variety of different  running sessions, incorporating interval , fartlek,  aerobic ,  speed , running technique, core  and stretching.
No matter your age or fitness level, the program will cater for you.

Just imagine yourself wearing that Bridge to Brisbane finishes t-shirt!

WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER RUN BEFORE AND FEEL REALLY UNFIT ?

The 10 week program is available to anyone, no matter their fitness levels. .The program and training sessions will cater for all levels of fitness. You just need to be prepared to work hard enough to improve your current fitness levels.

And if you still think you are SO unfit and use this as an excuse not to get involved , you will miss the opportunity to be part  of the great  BRIDGE TO BRISBANE . You will also miss meeting a group of similar people ready and willing to make big changes to their health and fitness.

HOW LONG IS A THE TRAINING FOR BRIDGE TO BRISBANE?

The Bridge to Brisbane training program runs for 10 weeks and includes 20 running sessions. The sessions are one hour and are held at 6am on Wednesday at Bowman Park, Bardon and 7am on Saturday at MT Coot-tha forest.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE?

Once you have completed all the 20 running sessions and followed the training and nutritional advice provided,  you can expect to enjoy every moment of your Bridge to Brisbane experience! Whether it’s your first-ever fun run or you are out to achieve a PB, this program will get you there.

HOW MUCH  DOES THE RUNNING PROGRAM COST?

The 10 week Bridge to Brisbane program is one up front cost –
Fees must be paid at least two weeks in advance.

  • $390 per person
  • $350 per person if you enter as a couple
  • $320 person  for 3 persons of the same family

That’s less than $20 per session.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE RUNNING PROGRAM ?

Payment must be made in full 2 weeks before camp start date, either by cheque or Internet Banking.

  • Pre and post fitness testing sessions- (optional)
  • 20 fun  and different  running  sessions
